Non-profit institution that has been entrusted by the Ministry of Culture of Peru, the dissemination of the culture and folklore of the Peruvian Paso Horse (Ministerial Resolution N°000305 - 2020 DGIA), as well as the institutional monitoring of the declaration as "Cultural Heritage of the Nation to the Values, knowledge and practices of the Chalán for the breeding of the Peruvian Paso Horse" (Vice Ministerial Resolution N°000081-2021-VMPCIC/MC), knowledge and practices of the Chalán for the breeding of the Peruvian Paso Horse" (Vice Ministerial Resolution N°000081-2021-VMPCIC/MC) and the order of the Andean Parliament that declares "The Peruvian Chalán as a reference of the Cultural Heritage of the Andean Region" (Resolution N°14).
